Return Window

USA, Canada, Australia — 30 days from the delivery date.
United Kingdom, Europe and rest of world — 14 days from the delivery date.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After that the order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges

Subscription orders include one free size exchange per delivery.
One-time purchases can be returned for a refund, but free exchanges are not included — you are welcome to place a new order in the correct size.

Condition of Returned Items

Boots must be unworn and tried on indoors only, with no scuffs, dirt or wear on the studs or soleplate. They must be returned in the original Mystery Boots box together with all inserts, keychain and stickers.

How to Return

Contact support@mysteryboots.com before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once approved, send your parcel to:

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Mystery Products

Mystery Boots are mystery products. The brand, model, colourway and design of the pair you receive are selected at random by us — the customer chooses the size only. Any preferences submitted at checkout or sent to support are requests, not guarantees. Receiving a pair that does not match a preference is not grounds for a refund, and standard return terms above apply.

All boots are high-quality football footwear and are not official licensed products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the size does not match your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the boots and the box. We will replace the order at our cost.
