Shipping is free on every order — one-time purchases and subscriptions.

Processing Time

Every pair is picked, inspected and packed by hand. Orders are dispatched within 4–5 days.

Delivery Times

USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong — 7–15 business days.
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Turkey, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, UAE and rest of world — 10–20 business days.

Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For EU orders the standard €3 customs fee is already covered in your order price. Any duties or import taxes beyond that are the customer's responsibility. For US orders, sales tax may be added at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you and re-ship it — re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
