How It Works

Subscribe & Save gets you a new mystery pair of boots every 3 months for $99.99 instead of $124.99 — a 20% saving on every delivery. Shipping stays free.

Billing

Your card is charged automatically on each renewal date using the payment method saved at checkout, and continues until you pause or cancel. No reminder email is sent before a renewal.

Minimum Commitment

Your subscription includes a minimum of your initial order plus one recurring order. It can be cancelled at any time after the second order has been processed.

Free Size Exchanges

Every subscription delivery includes one free size exchange.

Pause or Cancel

You can pause or cancel from your account page, or by emailing us. Changes must be made before the renewal date — orders already charged and processing cannot be cancelled.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your delivery is placed on hold. Once you update your payment method the order is charged and released automatically.

Price Changes

If subscription pricing changes, existing subscribers are notified by email before the change takes effect.

Mystery Products

Each delivery is selected at random by us — brand, model, colourway and design are our choice, the customer picks the size only. Preferences are requests, not guarantees, and an unmet preference is not grounds for a refund.
